COVID STATEMENT

Due to COVID-19 shipping and in-transit times may be delayed. Carriers are experiencing service delays which can add to standard shipping times. Due to high volume with carriers you may not see scans or movement on your package while it is in transit. If your order does not show any movement after 10 business days from the date you receive tracking information please contact us. Please allow a minimum of 15 business days during the month of December.

ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Please note that PayPal is our third party credit card processor and it is not required for you to have a PayPal account to complete a transaction with us.
  • We do not base our billing and shipping information from the addresses on your PayPal receipt. We use the addresses entered during the lolacompany.com checkout process. 
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us within 30 minutes after purchasing please email customerservice@lolacompany.com.

Once an order is submitted it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are submitted. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 3 business days to process before they are shipped. Once an item has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer’s provided email address. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to update.

All expedited shipments come with a complimentary signature required option. For a slight monetary increase, you can add the signature required option to any USPS priority shipment. Please review our shipping options carefully and select the best option for your residential/commercial situation.

Please note LOLA & Company is not responsible for any packages marked as delivered, including any stolen packages.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Expedited orders placed before 1 pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Any expedited order placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Once your purchase is finalized you should receive a confirmation email from lolacompany.com (this is NOT your PayPal receipt). If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes after purchase please email customerservice@lolacompany.com

I SUBMITTED TWO ORDERS - CAN THEY BE COMBINED?

LOLA & Company is not responsible for merging orders and/or refunding shipping due to user error. We highly recommend triple checking your cart before finalizing any transactions.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?

It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at customerservice@lolacompany.com (preferably within 1 hour of making your purchase).

WHAT IF PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If for any reason your package is returned to us we will re-ship to you. In the event the error was at the fault of the customer an additional shipping cost may be necessary for re-shipment.

WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?

LOLA & Company ships all orders using USPS Priority Mail which provides tracking information. We suggest you do the same when sending your items back to us. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN?

LOLA & Company is not responsible for any packages marked as delivered, including stolen packages.
