CUSTOM PENDANT PROGRAM

LOLA’s custom pendant program will allow you to create a design for a school, charity or anything that is meaningful for you or to retail store customers.

• There is a minimum quantity of 50 pieces per size for each design. This can be a single color or broken down into 5 colors of 10 pieces. Reorder minimums are 30 pieces that can be broken down into 3 colors of 10.

• To start the process, we have a questionnaire that needs to be filled out and will be used to provide an estimate of the cost of the custom pendant. Customers providing a picture or drawing of their custom design will expedite the process and timeline, but if one is not available we can work with the customer on putting one together. Once the artwork is completed – we provide a final drawing to approve. Once it is approved and a 50% deposit is paid, the pendant will be ordered. It takes between 10-12 weeks for production, shipping & delivery.

• We also offer description cards for custom pendants. The cost is $40 for 100 cards. We provide pouches for free and offer LOLA boxes for $2.50 each.
