In the event an item is sold out and/or discontinued the item will be removed automatically from your cart so please be sure to complete your orders for desired items!

If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us within 30 minutes after purchasing please email customerservice@lolacompany.com.

Once an order is submitted it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are submitted. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 3 business days to process before they are shipped. Once an item has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer’s provided email address. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to update.

  • LOLA & Company is not responsible for any packages marked as delivered, including any stolen packages.

  • All expedited shipments come with a complimentary signature required option by default. For a slight monetary increase, you can add the signature required option to any USPS priority shipment. Please review our shipping options carefully and select the best option for your residential/commercial situation.

  • All packages that ship “with signature” - in the event that no one is available to sign for the package automatic next day redelivery is not always standard. At this time the “Reschedule Delivery” option do not work with USPS so please look at the pickup available scan zip code to identify the correct post office the package is being held at. GIFT CARDS

LOLA Gift Cards

  • Users will be prompted during the checkout process to enter their LOLA gift card numbers. Gift card numbers can be located on the gift card email sent to the associated email address it was issued to.

  • Only enter your gift card number when you are ready to commit to finalizing your purchase. If you enter your gift card number during the checkout process please DO NOT go backwards or refresh the page. This can result in gift cards being marked as used and will need to be manually reset causing delays.

  • In the event that you did not receive or have misplaced your gift card email please contact returns@lolacompany.com to inquire.

Non-LOLA Gift Cards

To add a gift card to your PayPal account please follow these steps.

  1. Go into your PayPal Wallet on a desktop computer.

  2. Click “Link a debit or credit card”.

  3. Click “Link a card manually” if given the option to link manually or through a bank.

  4. Enter the gift card information.

  5. Tap “Link Card”

    ECHECKS

It usually takes about 3-5 days for us to receive funds. Due to this we are required to wait until funds are received before processing an order. Please note opting for this method can cause a delay in processing times.   

 ORDER & SHIPPING F.A.Q.

  • Once your purchase is finalized you should receive a confirmation email from lolacompany.com (this is NOT your PayPal receipt). If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes after purchase please email customerservice@lolacompany.com.

  • LOLA & Company is not responsible for merging orders and/or refunding shipping due to user error. We highly recommend triple checking your cart before finalizing any transactions.

  • It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at customerservice@lolacompany.com (preferably within 1 hour of making your purchase).

  • If for any reason your package is returned to us we will re-ship to you. In the event the error was at the fault of the customer an additional shipping cost may be necessary for re-shipment.

  • LOLA & Company ships all orders using USPS Priority Mail which provides tracking information. We suggest you do the same when sending your items back to us. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
