PRODUCT WARRANTY
LOLA & Company warrants all jewelry against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase with proof of purchase. Not included in this warranty are normal wear & tear, accidental breakage or damage and tarnishing.
LOLA & Company will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the product at LOLA’s expense; or (2) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
PURCHASES FROM AUTHORIZED LOLA RETAILERS
Items purchased from an Authorized LOLA Retailer need to be processed through the retailer for exchange or credit.
Damaged items purchased within 1 year with a valid receipt will be accepted by LOLA. In the event that you do not have a receipt, please reach out to the retailer for next steps. If the retailer has closed and proof of purchase cannot be verified LOLA reserves the right to reject any and all submissions.

Purchases made starting 11/29/24 to 12/25/24 will be accepted for exchange through 1/31/25.

All LAST CALL sale and discounted items are final (non-refundable nor exchangeable).
All other eligible items not being exchanged will be credited with an Electronic Gift Card. E-Gift Cards are usable on our website only and never expire.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.
To be eligible for an RMA you must provide proof of purchase and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please fill out the form below to request a Return Authorization Number within 15 days of the purchase date.

Once the return or exchange is approved, we will accept the item(s) up to 15 days after the RMA is issued. If you do not return your product with an RMA number we will not process it for exchange or credit and it will be returned to sender. ALL RMA NUMBERS must be noted on the outside of the box. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your Sales Receipt.
DO NOT send exchanges back in a standard letter envelope.
DO get a tracking # from your desired shipper. USPS Priority or UPS Ground ARE recommended.

If you have purchased from our website within the year you should have received an order confirmation email from us and a paper receipt with your package. On this email and receipt your order # will be listed. In the event that you cannot find any record of your order # we will be able to locate your order by purchaser name.

If a gift was purchased on your behalf within one year from our website and in the event that you have lost the paper gift receipt sent with your package we will be able to look up your order with the purchaser’s name.

If you have received the incorrect product (incorrect size, incorrect color) we apologize in advance. We try our best to make sure that every order is perfect but on a rare occasion mistakes do happen. If you believe you have received a product in error please email returns@lolacompany.com. Once proof of the error has been confirmed we will email a prepaid shipping label to begin the exchange process at no cost to you.

If you have received a defective or damaged product we apologize in advance. LOLA wants all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. Occasionally, an item may be defective or have slight damage. Each one of these circumstances is carefully evaluated and we handle them on a case by case basis. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance on items. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once LOLA has received your exchange, please allow up to 7 days for your credit or exchange to be processed.

LOLA is not responsible for any lost merchandise being returned to us for an exchange. We highly recommend getting a tracking number, keeping your package receipt on hand for quick reference and purchasing insurance for merchandise. The customer will be responsible for any and all follow up with the shipping method used.

Once your item is returned and inspected, your exchange or credit will be processed within 5-7 days. E-Gift cards will be emailed to the email address noted on the sales receipt.

All jewelry must remain unworn and in the original packaging. If an item has any wear & tear or scratches prior to or during transit, it will not be accepted.
Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of earrings; therefore, we can’t accept returns and exchanges of any earrings.
